Recognised methods of programme delay analysis

The selection of one of the above programme analysis methodologies is
conditional upon the factual evidence, the nature of the delays to be analyzed
along with the availability and quality of the progress data and as-built

A successful claim adequately establishes liability, causation and damages.
Liability is based on law whilst establishing causation requires arguments to
be based on facts and demonstration of the cause and effect between the
event and the resultant impact on the programme.
